Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy

30 Day - 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from www.familyvitahealth.com.  If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the ship date.  You will receive a refund for unopened items in the original form of payment and merchandise credit for opened items.  Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in conformity with the Return Guidelines, the purchase price less shipping and handling, gift wrapping, and any other charges will be credited to your credit card. 

Shipping and handling, gift wrapping, and other charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail, you must follow the Return Guidelines. 

Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items. See Return Exceptions.

Return Guidelines

Before returning anything by mail or carrier, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA"), provided ONLY by contacting one of our customer care representatives either via email at support@familyvitahealth.com or phone at 1-866-971-4384.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.  An RMA is valid for 10 days from the date given, and product must be received within 10 days of RMA issuance.  Package must be sent to Return Address.

Please Note:

  • We cannot process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender."
  • Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged when ordering the product.
  • The item must be returned, unused, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.
  • The RMA number must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation and properly insured.
  • After the shipping department receives your return, it generally takes 1-3 business days to process your refund. Once a return is processed, it usually takes 3-5 business days for this return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Representative within 14 days of delivery at 1-866-971-4384. Please supply the Representative with your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail.  The Representative will also need your e-mail address and phone number.  Family Vita Health will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.

If there is extensive damage to the packaging, contact a Customer Service Representative immediately upon receipt of package at 1-866-971-4384.  Please have your order number available when you contact the Customer Service Representative.

Return Exceptions
Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items. Below are items that cannot be returned and cannot be refunded:
